South Asia
The South Asian subcontinent is anything but homogenous. Some areas are racing towards a high-tech service-led economy while others are still struggling with a subsistence economy. The region has a huge internal market and growing importance in world trade flows and negotiations. TKN work on South Asia covers a wide range of subjects, from market access concerns to ways of managing price volatility and from the environmental impacts of commodity production to WTO negotiating positions.
